Dr. Zybura Ventures is rising as a dynamic boutique player in the dedicated venture building and startup acceleration landscape, extending its influence beyond the Metropolitan Region Rhein-Neckar. Grounded in deep expertise in entrepreneurship education and innovation, our accelerator is passionately committed to guiding and nurturing talented founders. Our specialty lies in evolving cutting-edge startup concepts into successful, growth-driven enterprises, paving the way for an upcoming era of business innovation. Our primary aim is to empower founders with the knowledge and skills to excel in their ventures.
Dr. Zybura Ventures functions as the foundational holding and ownership entity Dr. Zybura UG with its academy and consulting services. We ensure that our comprehensive range of services, encompassing workshops and consultancy, is effectively administered through our dedicated academy and specialized consulting division.
Please note that we are not a classic VC or business angel, meaning we do not typically provide large-scale investment funding in exchange for equity. We won't do sole venture financing rounds either. We predominantly provide education, advice and consulting up to active hands-on participation in your operations for equity. However, this does not exclude us from considering financing during the inception phase of a project (e.g., UG or GmbH foundation). But: Let's get engaged first before getting married.
Jan's Story
As an impassioned pioneer in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and entrepreneurship education for over 12 years, I’ve thrived on nurturing early-stage businesses and steering entrepreneurial projects. A cornerstone of my journey includes establishing two university founder centers and implementing novel teaching formats that challenge conventional pedagogies, fostering a more dynamic and engaging hands-on learning environment for aspiring future leaders.
What fuels my drive? It's the exhilaration of guiding transformative journeys from inception to remarkable heights. My roles as a startup coach on >270 projects, university lecturer, casual investor, flight instructor, and innovator in educational methods and consultant all revolve around a core philosophy:
